HIGH SEASON RATES (May 1 - Oct 14 - Min. 2 nights) :
- 2-day weekend (Friday & Saturday) $650 Regular Rate; $325 for extra day;
- 2-day Weekday (Sunday to Thursday) $600 Regular Rate; $300 for extra day;
- Weekly $2,000
LOW SEASON RATES (Oct 15 - April 30 - Min. 2 nights)
- 2-day weekend (Friday & Saturday) $600 Regular Rate; $300 for extra day;
- 2-day Weekday (Sunday to Thursday) $500 Regular Rate; $250 for extra day;
- Weekly $1,600
Reservation Requirements:
- 25% deposit by VISA, MasterCard is required to confirm a reservation;
- remaining balance due one month prior to check in;
- a $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations;
- 25% of the rental amount is forfeited if cancelled within the last 30 days to check-in unless we are able to re-book;
- as per provincial legislation, no smoking is permitted inside the house;
- children welcome;
- we request that shoes not be worn inside the property. Slippers are provided for your convenience;
- group or company packages can be arranged to include dinner reservations , spa treatments, a catered meal, bike rentals, wine tour or attractions. Theatre tickets can also be purchased on your behalf providing they are available for your requested date;
- check in time is 4pm (earlier time may be arranged whenever possible);
- check out time is 11am.
